Palomar Reservations is a booking system that integrates with websites and allows your guests to book directly, avoiding high commission fees. We offer transparent fixed monthly pricing based on the number of units you rent. You can use our calculator below to see the cost of Palomar Reservations.

Key features
Coordinate bookings how you want
You can accept bookings automatically or review booking requests and manually approve them.
Accept different forms of payment
Accept payment by credit card (conditions apply, see below), or avoid credit card fees with bank transfers or cash on arrival.
Availability widget
Guests can check availability and pricing using an availability widget.
Seasonal and weekend pricing
Set prices according to the season or increase prices on weekends and during busy periods.
Minimum stay requirements
Set a minimum period for stays. Alter the minimum period according to season.
Booking deposits
Accept deposits to book and receive the balance at a later date, either at a specified time before the guest arrives or in person on arrival.
Security deposits
Request a security deposit on booking with credit cards (conditions apply) and automatically refund the guest if the property is left in an acceptable condition.
Sync bookings across platforms
Sync your bookings across multiple platforms. You can still list your property on other platforms and our system will connect to them and update the availability on your site.
Automatic email messages
Send personalised branded emails and notifications to your guests such as welcome messages, thank you messages or payment reminders.

Google Business Profile management
A Google Business Profile is used to advertise your property on Google Maps. We keep your profile up to date with images and content and respond to your guests reviews to make sure your profile ranks well with Google.
Full system setup and updates
Just let us know your prices and availability and we will set up your booking system for you. Want to change something? No problem, just email us your changes and we update them for you, leaving you to concentrate on your guests.
Monthly reports
We send you a report each month detailing visitors to your site, where they are viewing your site from.
How much does it cost?
See for yourself by entering the number of units you rent out. A unit is the space for which you will have a booking calendar. If you rent out two rooms in your house, you have two units and you will get a seperate calendar for each room. If you rent out your whole house, you have one unit and you will have a single calendar for your house. Please also see the additional costs section.
Additional costs
We don’t like hidden fees, so here are the additional costs:
Domain name: Prices usually start from about 15 – 20€ per year, depending on the popularity of the name. We can acquire and manage a domain name for you, we charge a small management fee (10€/yr) and the annual costs of the domain name. There will also be a transfer fee if you want to move the domain name to your own registrar (see our FAQs for more about this). Or you can purchase a domain name and manage it yourself, this is cheaper but involves you doing a bit of the setup process.
Credit card fees (optional): If you are eligible and choose to accept credit card payments, there are fees associated with accepting credit cards. We use Stripe to process credit card payments. Their processing fees can be found here: https://stripe.com/en-fr/pricing.
