The website fee covers the cost of the development of a website for your property, its deployment to our servers and the setup of your property with the system.  It is a one-off fee and is required to be paid in advance.  

Because each website and property is different, we provide a quote for the development of websites. The price depends on the number of units**, website features, and the configuration of your property rental details such as seasonal pricing etc.

**A unit is a space you lease to one customer at a time, if you rent out four rooms in one property separately, this is four units, if you rent out the whole property it is one unit.  

The hosting fee includes the hosting of your website and management system on our servers.  It is a set fee and is billed monthly in advance. This includes:

• Hosting with unlimited bandwidth
• Security monitoring
• Performance monitoring
• Technical support with our team

The transaction fee includes the cost of processing payment methods for your bookings.  This fee is calculated as a base rate plus a percentage of the total booking cost.  It is billed per transaction for each booking that is made through the system.
